Through design, manufacturing and self-perform we control more than 90% of all the associated costs in delivering the parking structure. This is how we can guarantee an early competitive price and delivery schedule.
Over 80% of our business involves Design-Build and Design-Assist projects. Our approach follows a standard process to ensure Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) best practices. When coupled with PARC, our prefabricated parking system and build team, we offer an extremely efficient delivery method.
Accelerated Project Delivery
Offsite construction can deliver projects between 30 and 50 percent faster than traditional methods. Manufacturing of the structure occurs simultaneously with the site and foundation work. Schedule delays due to weather and other external factors are significantly reduced since a majority of the construction takes place in a controlled environment.
