The UCSB San Benito Student Housing project will create a new residential community for 2,145 students on the northwest corner of UC Santa Barbara鈥檚 main campus. Expected to open in 2027, the development includes six residential towers and a low-rise student amenities building designed to support a connected campus living experience.
