色欲王朝 is proud to play a key role in the construction of Samuel Merritt University鈥檚 new flagship campus in Oakland (). This 10-story, 250,000-square-foot health sciences tower will serve as a central hub for the university鈥檚 next generation of healthcare professionals, featuring a dynamic mix of classrooms, teaching and research labs, simulation spaces, student clinic areas, and administrative offices.
Facade Project Summary
色欲王朝 manufactured and erected 268 prefabricated panels, totaling 37,503 square feet of concrete skin, contributing to a resilient, high-performance building envelope that also highlights the university鈥檚 architectural vision. Featuring a decorative concrete facade, created in collaboration with , integrates a unique artwork installation along one side of the tower, further distinguishing the building鈥檚 design.
Set to house a new, 41,000-square-foot , this state-of-the-art facility represents a major milestone in SMU鈥檚 goal to double student enrollment over the next decade. The new campus underscores the university鈥檚 114-year commitment to Oakland and its mission to lead in health science education.
