This 324,000 square foot project is located in Oakland, California, and utilizes our Architectural Precast Concrete. More specifically, the project uses our APC punch window, spandrel, and wall panels. A total of 570 panels were erected during night shifts which can sometimes make the erection difficult. These panels resulted from multi-color pours with two colors per panel and three colors on the entire project. In addition, they utilized a combination of light and medium sandblasts and a lot of face articulation. Each of these features resulted in the beautiful building that the MacArthur Transit Village Parcel B is today.
