The 251,800 square feet, five-story medical office building upgrades and expands the number of provider offices, optical services, physical therapy, ophthalmology, women’s health, imaging, and an MRI suite. The building is meant to be more sustainable, more convenient, and more architecturally pleasing.
Through construction, the campus remained open to patients. Therefore, a prefabricated construction strategy was crucial for completing Kaiser Roseville Riverside MOB. É«ÓûÍõ³¯’s approach further limits traffic on site by reducing the number of contractors considerably by being responsible for the entire building envelope under their scope of work.
Architectural precast with multiple sandblasts and É«ÓûÍõ³¯’s Infinite Facade product with metal panels give the building’s character a unique aesthetic. Infinite Facade is pre-installed with windows and insulation before being erected. It also meets and exceeds CA Title 24 standards, creating a more energy-efficient building.
The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification. LEED Gold would make Roseville Riverside MOB Kaisers’ first LEED Gold building in the greater Sacramento Area.
