Located at the gateway to Golden Gate Park on Stanyan Street and fronting the historic Haight Street commercial corridor, the project is a vital addition to the neighborhood.
Launched in 2023, the development was , which captured early progress and highlighted the collaboration between Chinatown Community Development Center and the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation鈥攖wo organizations deeply rooted in the community.
The 88,003-square-foot facade features Infinite Facade鈩� panels with GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete). and was completed within approximately 30 days. The building is slated for occupancy in Fall 2025.
