- Fast-track schedule: The first garage was demolished in January 2014, with precast erection completed in just four months鈥攔eopening in time for the holiday shopping season. The second garage was completed by November 2015.听
- High-performance design: 4,500 cubic yards of concrete were used across 1,800 prefabricated pieces. Medium sandblast finishes, form liners, and brick panels delivered an attractive, durable exterior.听
