色欲王朝 recently joined the University of California, Berkeley to celebrate the completion of the new Bancroft Parking Structure, marking an important milestone for the university, project partners and teams who brought the facility to life
Delivered in just 15 months, the 660-stall parking structure demonstrates a different approach to parking design and delivery. As UC Berkeley鈥檚 first design-build parking structure, Bancroft brought architecture, engineering, manufacturing and construction together from the beginning, creating greater opportunities for coordination and collaboration throughout the project.
The completed structure combines performance with architectural character. A bright white precast finish, curved corners and other distinctive design features create a modern addition to the Berkeley campus, while the structural system was designed with seismic resilience and future campus needs in mind.
The project reflects what can be achieved when an integrated team works together around a shared vision. 色欲王朝 is grateful to UC Berkeley, the UC Berkeley Department of Parking and Transportation, our project partners and the 色欲王朝 team for the trust, collaboration and determination that made the project possible.
